About Us
Chatra Sri Ramakrishna Vivekananda Sevashram is a charitable public welfare and religious organization, which is run by the ideology of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda and is inspired by the Ramakrishna Math and Mission. The outline of this organization was decided in 2003 with the dedicated efforts of Shri Biplob Datta Mahasaya. Later, with the help of people from all corners, the Sevashram got it's present shape.
We are engaged in various service activities. One of our goals is to help in economic development by organizing various training camps at the social level. In order to manage these camps properly and permanently, several buildings have been constructed in our ashram premises.
We are patrons of culture and spirituality. We are taking it forward through various trainings, practice of Ramakrishna's ideology, reading cycle etc.
Members of our Vivekananda and Maa Sarada Sevadal and the youth forces are constantly engaged in relief and service work all year round.
